In her weekly column for the Financial Mail Women's Forum Dee is currently writing a 4 part series on some of the issues she personally faced when returning to work, as well as the challenges she sees fellow professional women encounter as they juggle work and family life.

In this week's Part II of Dee's Women Returner series, Dee writes about confidence and speaks with a couple of fellow experts in their field - Nicky Kriel and Heather Bestel. Return2WorkMums are really proud to say that Nicky is Consultant Personal Development Coach here at Return2WorkMums and Heather has very recently worked with us on our free webinar series. Click here to listen in to the free replay.

Both Nicky and Heather are not only experts in their fields but as working Mums have real insight and empathy with professional women and a passion for supporting them make transitions in their lives such as return to work.

Working with experts like Nicky and Heather Return2WorkMums look forward to bringing you more material over the coming months to inspire and inform you about your return to work opportunities so that you can enjoy a more confident return to work.

Be sure to tune into Dee's weekly blog about confidence for Mums too.
