Where should you start?

After a career break many women, even previously high fliers with former senior executive careers, find getting back into employment or starting a new career quite daunting or at very least a little uncomfortable.

Women are generally more modest about their accomplishments and a career break seems to undermine their confidence when pursuing new professional environments. Consequently, they often take jobs which are considerably below their abilities and earning potential.

We have also seen that each woman has varying needs when thinking about returning to work and therefore requires varying levels of encouragement and support at different stages and times. That is why we have developed our bite size approach - "Let's Get That Job!" - so that women can dip in at the point and level they need support with their return to work plan.

Not sure where to start? Check out our "Let's Get That Job!" section along the left handside of this webpage to see the range of self help tips and mentoring support available.
